NORTH POLE MAGNETS

The North Pole Magnet has two sides, each with its own effect. The North Pole side relaxes and the South Pole side tightens.

Whether you use the magnet on the jaw or on the temple (eye), you should face the north pole side towards the skin. This is the side with the small point or N on the magnet.

The strength of the magnet is 12,200 gauss. Some say it is 22,000 gauss. The number 12,200 gauss appears in the text on the magnet.

HOW DO YOU USE THE MAGNET?

To start with, it's best to wear it around the clock. If you don't want to wear it when you're at work, you can wear it at night and possibly on weekends.

Since the brain is best at registering new information, it's beneficial to take a one-day break during the week if you use it around the clock.

When you no longer need the magnet, it will be noticeable. Feel free to put it back on if symptoms recur.

MAGNET DURABILITY

The magnet effect lasts for years. However, the strength of the alloy varies from delivery to delivery. If you release a lot of acid from the skin, it can affect the alloy.

If your skin is sensitive, we recommend that you wrap the magnet in two to three layers of tape. Remember to mark which side is the north pole side so you always use the correct side.

Placing the magnet on the jaw:

  1. Let your index finger follow your hairline down along your ear until your finger lands just below your cheekbone.
  2. Here you will find a small cavity in the jaw between the jaw joint and the jaw muscles. Place the magnet here on the Ptyregoideus muscle.

  3. If you open and close your mouth, you should be able to feel the movement between the working joints with your finger.

  4. When the magnet is placed on the jaw joint, it affects the muscles of the jaw joint. This relieves stress on the nervous system and muscles and provides calmness.

  5. If the magnet is placed in the wrong direction, symptoms can increase instead of relieving them.

  6. If the magnet is placed in the wrong place, relief will usually not come.

Positioning the magnet by the eye:

    1. The magnet is placed at the end of the eyebrow on the edge of the temporal bone. This relaxes the muscle on the outside of the eye, Musculus rectus lateralis.
    2. It is important that the magnet is placed at the eye referred to by the therapist.

    3. When the magnet is placed at the eye, it affects the entire spinal musculature, co-vision and the cognitive connection.

    4. If the magnet is placed in the wrong direction, symptoms can increase instead of relieving them.

    5. If the magnet is placed in the wrong place, relief will usually not come.
